Colleagues may not feel able to express discomfort freely. Do not plan compulsory participation or personal jokes. Guests should be free not to join without explaining. Discuss the idea with the company’s responsible organiser and the venue management.
The manager can discuss male or female programmes, but cannot approve an employer’s internal rules for you. Plan a private area, music access, preparation space and a host contact. Agree both the entrance and finish time.

Can it be a surprise for a manager?
Only if the format is welcome and the scenario agreed. Workplace hierarchy must not become a reason for pressure or awkward jokes.
Can the act take place in an office?
This depends on the company, building and room rules. Check permissions before confirming.
What equipment is needed?
It depends on the programme. Discuss sound, electricity, performance area and preparation space.
Can we film for company social media?
Agree filming and publication separately with performers and guests. Attendance does not itself imply consent.

Booking information
Official payment is made to the business bank account of a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP). An advance payment of 30–50% of the booking price is required; the exact amount is agreed before payment.
If the booking is cancelled due to the customer’s actions, including withdrawal or inaccurate information, the advance payment is non-refundable only in the circumstances and to the extent permitted by Ukrainian law. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms must be agreed before payment. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
We do not provide intimate or sexual services.
