Place the act between other greetings or make it part of a private evening. Tell us what the birthday guest enjoys and who will attend. If the event is a family gathering, minors are present or the person dislikes being the focus, change the format or reconsider the idea.
Discuss the programme, entrance, preparation space and filming rules. The host or responsible organiser should know the running order even if the arrival is a surprise for the birthday guest. The performer and programme are confirmed for the date.

Can friends book it as a joint gift?
Discuss the idea with the manager, choose one contact person and first make sure the gift will be welcome.
Can the act include presenting a gift?
Describe the concept. This depends on the programme; agree objects, music and presentation timing in advance.
What if guests are late?
Contact the manager as early as possible. Rescheduling depends on the performer’s diary and agreed terms.
Can I enquire for today?
Send the exact time and venue. The manager checks availability; the website does not guarantee a free performer.

Booking information
Official payment is made to the business bank account of a Ukrainian sole proprietor (FOP). An advance payment of 30–50% of the booking price is required; the exact amount is agreed before payment.
If the booking is cancelled due to the customer’s actions, including withdrawal or inaccurate information, the advance payment is non-refundable only in the circumstances and to the extent permitted by Ukrainian law. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms must be agreed before payment. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
We do not provide intimate or sexual services.
